The list price of the book is $21.95 U.S., however I AM SELLING THEM THROUGH THIS WEBSITE ONLY FOR $14.95.  That includes sales tax for copies shipped to locations in Kansas.  No sales or use tax is included or collected for copies shipped elsewhere.   

I'll donate $1.00 for each book sold through this website to the Wounded Warrior Project, an excellent non-profit organization helping physically and emotionally wounded Americans who are returning by the thousands from today's wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. 

All shipping within the United States is by U.S. Postal Service.   Standard media shipping is $3.00 per book, with delivery generally within 5-10 business days.  Expedited handling and shipping to U.S. locations is available using U.S. Postal Service Express Mail for $15.00 per book.  Delivery is within 4 business days.   International shipping will be by Air Mail, and is quoted for each order.
